The superstars that are keeping my body active and moving! I have mentioned collagen for joints before, but I also take NOW Foods Glucosamine Chondroitin with MSM.
I am a retired pro athlete and former NCAA Gymnast which is a lot of years of intense activity on my joints. However, they have felt more wear and tear from car accidents most recently.
